Responsibilities:
• Participating in or leading projects in legal consulting (primarily corporate law, legal due diligence and other fields);
• Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process;
• Taking part in international legal consulting projects.
What we are looking for:
• Higher education (law);
• Experience gained during 2+ years in relevant position in consulting or in-house;
• Experience within a Big 4 company or a law firm is a competitive advantage;
• Excellence knowledge of corporate law is a must;
• English – full working proficiency.
