Now IKEA Centres Russia is looking for a structural and detail-oriented professional to be a Junior Lawyer in MEGA Belaya Dacha!
Responsibilities:

• Secure and review the legal aspects of registration process of tenants lease agreements;
• Draft, negotiate and adopt agreements under Russian law;
• Provide legal advices and counselling for the MEGA team according to Russian law;
• Document signing control;
• Organize and handle contract, permit and document lists, archive and inventory;
• Monitor and update contracts, addendums and agreements according to requirements;
• Work proactively in efforts to avoid and eliminate remarks from authorities;
• Ensure accuracy in legal documentation to eliminate financial consequences.

Requirements:

• Completed university degree in legal (civil specialization is a plus);
• Work experience in legal sphere (more than 0,5 year);
• Upper-Intermediate level of English language (both written and spoken);
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate industry is a plus;
• Experience to work with state authorities;
• Knowledge of the contract state registration procedure and market practice, relevant laws and regulations;
• Good knowledge of Russian legislation Ability to prepare & check the Contracts and support other team members with the legal norms of Russian Legislation;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Ability to work with big document flow;
• Ability to take responsibility and be proactive;
• Ability to deliver results in time with expected quality.
