Currently WayRay enlarges its team in various spheres - design, software, engineering and administrative department is not an exception - legal counsel is one of the vacant positions in our company.
Main responsibilities:
- Provision of legal support for the business activities of the Company under supervision of the senior colleagues, including, but not limited to:
- Contractual work: review, drafting, etc., including foreign trade contracts (approximately 70% of the workload)
- Legal research, preparation of internal memorandums, etc.
- Accompanying technical work where required (printing, scanning, archiving of the documents, etc.)
- Legislation monitoring
- Drafting of various corporate documents
- Assistance in litigation
Requirements:
- Good working level of English is a requirement
- 1-3 years of experience required
Skills&Knowledge:
- The general requirement is that a person shall have a wide scope of legal knowledge and be flexible in terms of practice areas depending on the current business needs
- Good knowledge of Civil and Corporate law
- English – advanced level, including Legal English
- Computer – experienced user (MS Office, Legal Databases, etc.)
